I agree with zoom, theres a hell of a lot of scouts with other stats in high teens and 20.
Gotta be a bug!!!!!
If only they were coachs.
ricardo meniz (spurs) youth coachs at AC Milan are great aswell

These are all free agents: Bjorn Nilsson is a very good ass-man imo. Luit Zwaneld(spelling) 7 star coach in many things. Ally Lynch very good fitness coach. Kenneth Powel goalkeeping coach.

i remember him from champ 01 02 which i still play  although it is with the latest update and a patch that changes the game sp that it has coloured attributes among other things !!!! | |
