Some time ago I bought some Adobe software that was claimed to be unregistered. The package was genuine, still sealed but, the serial was visible.
The software was purchased on behalf of a family member, never used and recently I resold it for them. The new buyer has now told me the software had already been registered. I accept this is not impossible, but want to make sure they have not copied and registered it.
Is there any way I can find out who an Adobe product has been registered to or, at least when it was registered ?
That's strange.. the serial should not be written on the box, but inside. If it was the case, it would be easy for the pirates to find serial numbers...
I'd call Adobe Customer service... You need to contact your family member who bought the product. If someone had registered the product it can only be him/her...
