I signed him for £250,000 and he is now worth £5.5 million.

I am playing with West Ham and thought I would try and get some extra money in for the January transfer window in the second season so offered him around with £0 asking price so that I could then negotiate, none of the offers were negotiable so I refused them, however Eggy decided in his wisdom to accept an offer from Man City that he thought was too good to refuse, the offer was £0.

Luckily I offered him a new contract and he signed it otherwise I would of had to of resigned!

Can someone for the love of me tell me how to play this guy.....

I got him for my team (FC Bayern) and he's not that good. I tried him as a target man that didn't really work, tried him as a left midfield winger and that didn't work.

How are you guys playing him? I keep hearing great things about him

As a Villa fan I find it amazing that he is a star on the game - his stats are so overrated, he couldn't make the reserves at our club!

He's not top 4 quality but he's definately a gem in the championship and woth a buy bottom half of prem, dont know why you can sell him for so much...usually i get around 8mil for him but i got 2mil straight up and 15mil over 24months in my last game with hull city after negotiating

Aaritalo can't score for toffee i got him for Burnley for £250k plus 50 per cent sell on and whilst being a top assists man with 18 but tried him up front for 10 games and 1 goal and ave rating under 6

it must be your tactics... - try ajusting his instructions. - he's been wonderful in my Preston side, - top scorer, top assists,top av. rating. Won the championship with him as the front line of my attack. played him alongside a smaller, faster, more natural finisher. but his ability to be in the right place, and win the headers really helps.

3rd season now, and he had a good season last season with us finishing 7th. - and whilst the step-up to the premiership has resulted in him being less consistent and not likely to light the league on fire. - he's proven that he can pop up with double figure goals and provides more than his fair share of assists.

currently, he's first choice alongside Billy Sharp, as we push on for bigger and better things. maybe he'll fall by the wayside. but he's certainly the most complete mid-table player ive seen in a while.
