Have to agree with Kompany, Brought him for my Liverpool team at £31m. Well...The guy is Rambo in disguise, even though I put his tackling to soft he still ends up each season with minimal 6 red cards and 15yellow cards which usually costs me the game.

The guy just wants to go out and kill...

Van da Vaart i totally have to disagree though, he scored 20+ goals a season for me and pretty much won every award.

I would go for Ribery on fm07. Spent £19.5 million at start of second season for my arsenal team. Played the whole season and only got 4 assists and 2 goals, ave rating of 6.60ish (can't remember off the top of my head. Sold for £12 million to Juventus at the end of the season. Absolute rubbish. Annoying thing is it was his goal for Juventus the next season that knocked me out of the Champions League quarter finals.
