I know that barca is extremely rich but which club is given the biggest transfer buget

When you say united, if your talking about man utd, there not given a big transfer budget, you get like 10mil, and if you ask more you get about 20mil. And Man utd is in bank debt lol so they pay off like 4mil a month, i was continuesly making a loss each month instead of profit.

Arsenal as well. 30m Euros to start, 60m is you ask for more, with 90 mil altogether in the bank.

If you're looking for something different, try Shakhtar. they get around 30 mil, if I'm not mistaken and this time around they can sign more than just South Americans and eastern Europeans!
