The forum I've been using never has anyone on it. 1 - 10...I would say I'm about a 4 on skill in PS. Here's my question: Can you help me? I made a circle with the Elliptical Marquee, and made a Work Path. I selected the Text Tool, and placed it on the Work Path. The letters are not staying Perpendicular to the Work Path.
