Default Arsenal 2 - 2 Manchester United

William Gallas made up for his first-half own goal to snatch a point for The Gunners against Manchester United.

Manchester United took the lead in first-half injury time, when Cristiano Ronaldo's cross was turned into his own net by William Gallas. There were few chances in the first half, but Gallas had his header saved after 35 minutes, from Cesc Fabrgas' Free-Kick.

In the second half, Arsenal obviously needed to push forward for an equaliser, which came after 48 minutes, when a mistake at the back from Manchester United, let Adebayor in, who saw his shot saved by Edwin Van der Saar, but the ball fell to Cesc Fabregas, unmarked from 12 yards, cooly slotted the ball into the bottom left corner. After all 6 substitues had been made (Arsenal 3 and Manchester United 3), There was another breakthrough.

Louis Saha passed the ball to Evra, who made a great run on the left-hand side, he slotted the ball under the advancing Almunia, the ball fell 8 yards from goal, and Ronaldo nipped in ahead of Michael Carrick, slotted the ball into the bottom left of the goal, with his left foot.

It looked like Arsenal's 100% home record was going to be shattered by Manchester United, until the 90th minute.

Gael Clichy's run down the left-hand side provided The Gunners with an equaliser, he crossed the ball along the floor which Adebayor missed, it fell to Theo Walcott, who's shot was deflected out to William Galls, who saw his shot parried away by Van der Saar, but unfortunatly for Manchester United, he parried away when the ball had already crossed the line to make it Arsenal 2-2 Manchester United. Arsenal had an earlier chance at 1-2, when Patrice Evra sliced onto the top of his own crossbar.
