I like your little 'xWx' in the corner, nice touch that, might have to adopt a version of that myself.
I'm not sure about this sig, it's nice, nice background effects, not too busy, not too empty. I guess I'm just not a fan of a one colour style signature, thats about the only thing I can think of.
With the ball however, it looks to have been a little rushed, I struggle with cutting out balls as they have to be perfectly rounded or they look odd. I'm starting to use the oval tool. First of all CTRL+J the target layer (the one you want to cut). Then, whilst holding shift to make it a circle, drag it to the size of the ball. Hold CTRL, click on the layer in the layers section, then go on select -> inverse. Then click on the layer of the ball, and press DELETE.
Then click off of the copy layer you have just edited, and go to the main image layer which had the ball on you wanted to cut. Then erase the ball, and merge the two layers together. It's just an idea, I haven't tested it much yet so it might not make a great effect.
