I don't like the first at all. You shouldn't have modified the proportions of height and length on Adriano and the background is kind of a mixture.
The second one I think is the best of them. It certainly took my eyes.
The third one is promising too. I like the way you've placed things around. The red Garcia text is a little boring. You could change the color to a little less brighter one, or add some soft gradient. And the player is too dark, maybe because of the monitor.
As I said in other posts, I'm not saying I would do better, that's just my opinion.
