Its ok, just the background needs stronger colouring, add a lot more stronger reds instead of the bluey and yellow colours. Also I'd desat the stadium and add more shapes or something to the bg as it looks a bit bare with just the stadium. I don't think the cutout on the right-hand side really works, it just looks a bit stuck on. Also I'd lower the opacity of the vertical bar and dots over him.
