Hi. I'm new. I've been meaning to join up for a while now, but either haven't had the time or haven't remembered to when I have had. Great place you've got here, looking forward to joining in the fun.
There, now that that's out of the way, we can move on to the equally obligatory "about me" blurb.
I'm 25, married to a great guy and have a wonderful little girl who will be 2 next month. I'm located in Morehead, Kentucky, which is a horribel place to be if you're a designer and looking to find work locally. Fortunately, I'm not looking to find work locally. I do graphic/web design and web development for a wireless service provider in CT and I have a few steady clients of my own, so I basically get to work from home doing what I love while hanging out with the kid. It's great.
In addition to the art and design (btw, that includes just about every form of visual art, not just digital art or design) I also enjoy a fair bit of reading, consuming 1 or 2 novels a week as part of a healthy literary diet. On that note, I also tend to write a little, when the urge strikes.
That's really it. Aside from that, I don't do much LOL-- not that I have time to persue many other hobbies with an active toddler running about. She keeps my on my toes and we have a lot of fun together, though, so I'm not ocmplaining.
Take care,
Kelli

Hi Kelli,
Here is your obligatory welcome.
After carefully perusing your web site I've concluded you are a digital whiz! Particularly to my taste were your vector illustrations. There was one moment of confusion, though. The illustration of the Iris could have been a columbine on casual viewing. I loved it because the columbine, in all it's delicate glory is one of my favorite flowers.
Seriously... welcome.

Thanks for the warm welcome, folks, and the compliments. I was looking around the show-rooms last night and feeling really humbled. There's soem beautiful work in there. Hats off to you all.
Yes, the mouse (and everything else in that section) is 100% vector. I'm a gradient mesh junkie.
Ahh, sPECtre, thanks for finding that. It seems I'd accidentally deleted the file when I was cleaning out some other things.
