Ok i'm new at this and want to make some sigs what program should i use and how do i get it?

I use Adobe Photoshop CS3 for
my sigs .
But CS3 is very expensive (above $1000 I believe)

Actually Photoshop 7 or even 6 would be enough to start. They're much cheaper, and really they've got the most things we all use. You may even find some trial versions on the internet.

Just like Ronaldinho said just get PhotoShop 6 and you'll be good if your a beginner which you are since you asked what you need to make sigs.
