hope this is the right place to post this, when i make an avatar and i go to save it, how do i make the size of the file smaller, as it is always like 2 MB!

so how do i do this, and also, when i try to host the picture on imageshack- it says the file integrity failed- anyone know why this is?

You have to save it in JPEG format if you want to host it, not PSD. This way it will be smaller too.
