West Ham are preparing to counter any actions that may arise from the current arbitration. Should a precedent be set that all desicisons can be overturned in courts West ham will be asking for 4 of their matches to be nullified and a score draw given as a result.
1.man city (h) 0-1 to city
referee denied west ham a penalty which would changed the outcome of the game..
2. Tottenham (h) 3-4 to totts ( spits on floor )
Tottenham took a throw in 6 yards further up the pitch than they were supposed to , this lead directly to a goal, thus causing west ham to lose a point.
3. portsmouth (h) 1-2 to pompey
The referee got in the way of the perect through ball , from which west ham would almost cetainly have scored.
4.Aston villa (a) 1-0 to villa , Villa groundsmen deliberatly broke the shower nozzle and turn the water heaters off, so west ham players didnt want to get too dirty and sweaty as its a 3 hour drive home on the coach with 30 smelly footballers. That water was really cold, i mean serious shrinkage.

I know these are pretty big straws to clutch at ... but i though that was the name of the game now.
