Hi ziggy

To get that effect you used filter : stylize> find edges and then go to Image> adjustments >Hue/Saturation ( shortcut Ctrl+U).

And here is a tip: when you get some effect that you like you can use Notes Tool ( good thing it will not show if you print your image but you will have riminder). Pritty sweet.
