ok , first things first :
bg is too constant , and it is made of only brushes (or it only seems like it) , and thats not good , you should try and build your bg from mostly things that come with the photoshop , and add some textures to it .
render is waaay too big for this size of wallpaper , and you didnt do somthing with it.
where is the text ?
from what i think youre an amatuer , so dont worry youll improve and be a lot better than that , mark my words .

it's a neat cutout, if you were the one who did that, well, it's NEAT! good job. but it still has so much potentials. keep practising.
