Not sure if anyone is a legal expert on the board, does anyone know if the fans can sue Hicks and Gillett for their lies?

I mean the fans who have bought season tickets, on the back of promises that they would purchase world class players.

We all agree that Voronin is a waste of space, and Benayoun is substandard at best.

It is becoming increasingly clear that a great opportunity was wasted with not going with Dubai International Capital.

I dont think you can sue them, I mean look at Romanov at Hearts he is destroying the team and People have handed in there season tickets because of him.
