It's alright.But why is it so claustrophobic? Leave more spaces everywhere. And use a font like Verdana or Tahoma. Keep the coding aspect of the template in my mind while designing it.

Yeah, you should use arial as the general font imo, with no anti alias of course

I put font on there for an example, if i was to code that id take all the text off before hand.
