I love the effects behind the render, looks really classy. Text is fantastic too. But I can't help thinking that the rest could be improved. I'm not a fan of the inversed picture in the background or the bits around the edges, doesn't seem to flow with the rest.
I really think that with a few tweaks and changes, the wall will be gorgeous. Lots of potential. As you've said though, you haven't quite found your form yet, but there's still glimpses of brilliance.
