Default Remove parts of a picture

Hi, I have the following picture:

http://www.myfreewallpapers.com/abst.../air-space.jpg

I am using it in one of my projects and was wondering how I would be able to remove the part that says "Airspace" and the white borders around it. I have tried a few tools in Photoshop, but to no avail.

Thanks,
Chris

By the way, I am using Photoshop 7.

Did you try using the clone stamp tool? Zoom in on one of the letters. Switch to clone stamp and turn down the opacity of the tool. Hold down ALT and click an area right next to the letter. Now clone over your letter. This isn't the only way either. There's usually more than one way to do things in PS.
