I like the design and the layout.

The only "suggestion" I would have is to make part of the city-scape focused. With the blurred effect over the entire image, I found that I squinted when it first appeared. It felt like my eyes couldn't focus B7

I like your choice of dark grey and light grey for the page. It gives a nice "night time" mood to match your graphic.

thanks alot for the comments i understand what you mean with the buildings causing squinting. I think next i will work on the content then go back and change things like that. who knows perhaps with full content it might look better, thanks again.
