Dude, no one is gonna make a website for you for £7, I can find that much money if I go and look on the street floors

Whoever accepted that deal most probably has no experience and is desperate for cash. Seriously, this is a message to all freelancers out there, DO NOT ACCEPT STUPIDLY LOW PRICES - your screwing the rest of the freelancers (including me) over. The ppl paying get used to low prices, making it harder to get a decent deal. In the good old days, people used to charge £500 for a simple html site. Now its £30 for a php/css/html site. Its stupid.

Oh, and I didn't understand the rest of your post.

yeah you are really right, beginners have ruined it for us by making cheap designs
