For step 3, I did it, but it doesn't have a blend or a glow look like the tutorial. What does the gaussian blur have to be with the resized, colored picture. On the first gaussian blur part, it says to leave it. If I leave it, it just has one blurry picture covering the main picture. On the second guassian blur, it says to put the opacity lower. I was wondering if someone can explain step 3 to me.
