Hi, ziggy.
This is what you have to do:
Unzip Fonts in Program Files>Common Files>Adobe> Fonts.

me too, I'm from Europe.
When you download them, they are in zip format (fontname.zip). So first you have to unzip them with, for example, Winzip.
So have Winzip unzip them to the fonts file, or unzip them, and then place the unzipped fonts in the folder yourself.
In Photoshop, click on the text tool. A new layer will open. Click somewhere on the layer, and you can start typing.
You find your new fonts in the dropdown from the toolbar.

fonts Ziggy if you are using Windows XP just unzip the font to C/windows/fonts/ and they will show up in the Photoshop font list the next time you open Photoshop

If you have alot of fonts, I recommend using a font manager. I use Extensis Suitcase, and its great. It sits in my system tray and allows me to activate/deactivate fonts with a mouse click.
