Recently, I got accidentally interested in sigs and the making of them. I have some very basic experience of using graphics apps (Fireworks), but never done anything like this or used Photoshop before, but i wanted to give it a go. I saw some really cool, 3D-ish sigs on another site so I tried to emulate that style. It took me quite a while, reading lots of tutorials, getting used to Photoshop, finding brushes/textures etc., but heres what i originally came up with a week or two ago:
V1:
I was pretty pleased with that for my first effort, but not entirely happy; the crest didn't look right, the angles were off, and the left-hand side looked a bit bare. So, I did some more tinkering in the last day or two, and ended up with these:
V2 & V3:
I think the crest in V2 matches the overall colouring better.
