May I add this link to a free (Windows only) application that converts html pages to pdf? And no, you do not need to upgrade as the free version can do it all?

In fact, I printed everything on a laser printer, as I decided to help Danny Raphael on his effort to produce a free resource by chasing small typos and some other tidbits...

I just see that the tut has been updated on the 10th of march
