Typographic layout's very similar to my previous blog layout, but changed the header artwork, added a navigation system and worked with a different colour scheme.
The big header does kinda look nice. But the actual size of it looks over 800x600, and although its rare, that could actually fill the whole of some poor guys monitor! Maybe just cut the size down a little, it will help loading times aswell.
Everything else looks hot. Colours look pimp

Oba : Mate, you're spot on about the size of the header image. And I think there's a fix. I remember seeing a 'collapse' kind of mechanism on some other site. I've added a collapse button, which when clicked should roll the contents of the page upwards till there's no header image, and the navbar's right at the top.
About the page load times, I tried an optimised save only on the header and the size was around 30 kb, so all the images on the page shouldn't exceed, say, 50 kb, which should be a sub 5 second load on just about any connection.

Yeah, simple but really nice. Not sure about the purple lighting, would keep it in B&W to be honest. I would also change the Elisha Cuthbert font, it doesn't look class at all. Rest is well done. :cool:
