Ok simple guidelines - I need the following image cut out

However I really want a highly professional done cut. As in the best you can do it - very clean etc as I am using it for a site with some cool flash effects

Feel free to put a watermark over it - if you could also put it on a red background layer so I can clearly the best cut (as red is the industry standard to show how good a cut is)
