Hi everyone.
I have just created a logo for our two games-sites. One for "Battlefield 1942" and one for "Ghost Recon".

My idea is that since our clan have two different sites (one for each game with different design) I am now designing a frontpage where users can choose their game/site. (by clicking image below)

On this frontpage I need some creative ideas what the rest of the frontpage can look like. Color backgrounds, where to place my logo, integrated other cool grapics and all the great ideas you can come up with. :}

(1)Try to change the target color...
(2)Try to Mask between the pictures or just create something similar as you did to seperate it, only dont make it to wide and with white color...
(3)The shot from the Bullet in the water, try to place it on the Cask(Hat)...
Everething Looks Cool like for me ... just try to change that things and that all. .

I am satisfied with the picture I have made . Great suggestions, but I don't want to alter the aim color or the helmet because they are trademark logos and are ment to be like that.

The image I created is the main focus on a new html page (not created). What can I do to make this image look nice on that new page, other than changing the picture? Shall I put the image in a table and and some backgroundimages to it? If yes, any suggestions of what this image could be? Should the bg color of the page be white so that the white border in the middle of the picture kind of blends into the bg color...?

Hope this clearifies my goal a little more... [confused]

If you like something like that ... try to change the "green Target" color, to more 'Grey" or the one wich going to looks there much officianately. I mean dont try to put your Logo on on the full entire page its not going to looks good

I like the image sergiy posted, but imo (from a Web designer's perspective) if this image is going on a page whereby the only purpose is to let the user choose which game site they want to go to... you shouldn't slow them down from getting there by adding anything else to the page.

The user won't care or appreciate your graphic/html efforts because this page holds no interest to them except as a means to get where they want to go.

Focus you efforts more on the pages within each game site. Those are the pages the user will take more notice of. And that will actually mean something to them.

I'll guess I place the picture in a table and add a few words on a white background.

I just gave an example, that tells: you doesn`t have to place this whole thing(Logo) on a full page. It`s could take an 1/4 or 1/3 of the page>place it on the middle>and make a black background.
Keeper is right! You doesn`t have worry about the first logo page, try to work on other pages so i`m doing right now

WOW - cool picture.
My image is the only thing on my frontpage (desided)
THe two gamesites are up and running and have been for a long time. The image will not be full sized, it will be as displayed above - no more no less.

-The only game i ever played was "Return To Castle Wolfenstein", i did played it a lot! i went through it olmost 2 times! Than played for little in Multiplayer and ... i thought? Why for i did that. I spent about 2 weeks ... i mean, i count `the time and Overall it in hours about 340 hours. 340 HOURS!!! [doh] | | | . I`ve been such a Discrase.
Now when i see a game or something like that i just throw it in Garbage }
I`m trying to say thaT: games are ......... not good thing to spend time on -
