You need lots of tutorials, take a break from posting and just practice a lot

i think you need some tutorials, also download some brushes, because doesn't look like you have any/decent ones. these two things will definitely get you on the right track, trust me, it's helps a lot to have the right equipment and to know what your doing.

tutorials don't give you anything, but you must try in urself and u'll know how to make ur own effect, u r making effort
