Would someone be able to make a Chris Brunt Sig for me?

Size - Just your basic signature size. Don't have any real specifications.
Pictures -
and maybe faded into the background or something.
Writing - Chris Brunt, Sheffield Wednesday. In whatever font you like.
Colours - Blue & White, with a touch of yellow possibly.
Style - Quite simple. Something smooth - no mirroring please.....
