Ummmm...like in the "Styles" palette...Window>Styles.

Ziggy, after you have saved the Style you can load it by clicking the small button and selecting it from the dropdown.
You can add it to a Custom Style set, but remember to save the set.

The style should save automatically into the Photoshop > Presets > Styles folder, but can be saved to anywhere on the hard drive.

You can create Custom sets by loading those you want, delete those you don't and then save it. (From the same dropdown)

Tip, always give the style and set a distinct name. Easier to find.
