they aint colors.These are lights.
for this u need lots of layers.
make them all black
use FILTER>RENDER>LIGHT EFFECTS[spl]
use different for different layers
after finishing all layers,select all these layers and set them to LIGHTEN/SCREEN
try it and u will see

^Erm,no.It's just a coloured in purple,green and orange layer set on Lighten,on the top of the layer palette,brushed on with the dodge tool.

Find a dark colour and take your 100 soft round brush. Now brush on your render and set this layer to exclusion. Try different colours.. Do this on seperate layers.
