My backgrounds is not good, they are boring! So I need a bg tut! Have try to follow Glen Torans but I don't like the result.

1.Open ur canvas[any size]

2.Apply

2.1 Filter>Render>Clouds

2.2 Filter>Pixelate>Mezzontint[Long lines]

2.3 Filter>Blur>Radial blur[Set to ZOOM+top bar to 100]

3. Use as BG or basically as effect

A few sigs with that effect:





Esp. visible in example sig one

*All credit to some guy[dont remember name] at Soccerart though for the tut*

I think Tarekzero asked for it too[guessing from 'Dars' which means lesson]
