i reckon, jamie carragher, momo sissoko, steve finnan, jussi jaaskelainen and gareth barry (to a certain extent hes not that bad just not as recognised coz hes with villa) and joey barton (for the same reason)

If you follow Serie A then people know he isnt underrated but to those who only follow the EPL and know, no other league then their the people who underrate him.
