I'm still figuring out how this thing works, as there really isn't a "User Manual," but some things are starting to click in my head...

The number of strands is dictated by the Inner Density Slider. The smaller the number, the fewer the strands in an image. That's the "First Box" I was talking about. The other boxes are the X and Y boxes for Effects and Inner and Outer Angles. The effects they provide are based upon 360 degree sine waves.
