The background is very simple, the render needs to be blended better... you've just over-blurred the edges, and the text is just poor (not a great font) and nothing seems to fit together as if it's one piece.

i agree he definately isnt a playmaker, hes just a glorified striker ummm on the wall, the text is too light (frank 8) the render couldve been cut a bit better, its average, same idea, i think you should try something different

Don't like some small shapes like that star...this splatter brush, don't looks very good too, and add some sharpen on render.
