Very nice work, although it would look even better without the little flag in the corner!

BG very creative, Possibly the placement of the text different and stroke of 1 instead of outer glow. I agree flag would be better in the corner, I would take it out though. Render too bright in my opinion, lower saturation perhaps also cutting error on left arm, possibly zoom in very close when cutting and use the pen tool followed by add anchor point.
