Premier League's Rrecently Released - Make A Team Of This Lot
Having read through the BBC's list of players released by Premiership clubs so far this summer it would not be unreasonable to suggest that you could build a half decent Premiership team for nothing.
It's true that some of the players have already been picked up again such as Titus Bramble at Wigan but there are still some very big names in there. Take a look at the forwards for instance.
After Manchester City's poor showing at home last season maybe they should be digging out the moble numbers of these players agents...apart from Robbie Fowler's that is.
Here is the full squad:

The average age of the team would mean it wasn't the quickest in the world but they do say that once you have the skill your always have it. Others will question whether some of these players had any skill in the first place but that's another story.
There at least a dozen internationals in the squad with a number with world cup experience to add to their CVs.
Who would you select? You are hereby appointed manager of the Misfits Eleven for your first non-Premiership game against the sadly absent Sheffield United who were rather unfortunately released en masse by the Premier League itself.
It's not exactly Fantasy Football here but for those unfortunate enough to be without a club it's turned into a bit of a nightmare.
