Default Please help PS is really stressing me out!!
Hey guys and ladies.. I need help with PS on my old comp if i pressed say Ctrl + E it would merge one layer on to another and now on my new comp it wont do it not even Ctrl + U for colourize its seriously doing my head in and making my work Worser than what it initially was.. If anyone has a clue how to resolve this isuue or knows whats wrong i would be very appreciative if you could help me..

Reinstalling should solve the problem. If you do, make a back-up of your presetsmap, otherwise you'll loose all your brushes
