I don't no if any watched it, Thursday night last week (on 7th June) at 9pm, Channel 4, The Million Pound Footballers' Giveaway, can you actually belive how tight some of the footballer actaully were, like some said "can I have a day to think about it?" how much money is he on a day and his mum was a nurse!

That were annoyed me that only half of the premership would donate a days wages!

Probably because the other half didn't actaully speak any English!

I agree with the sentiment, but you can look at it another way - the average EPL footballer pays about 500 pounds a day in tax 365 days a year! Ten times that for the very top stars. Distasteful, but true!

From one point of view, most footballers have thir own designated charities and DO donate generously and may not have wanted to 'open a can of worms' so to speak.

From a different angle, I have to admit it was very disappointing, what is a days wage to them really?
