Background has very big potential. It's really good mate, I like colours and those swirls. But rest... Text is bad, font just don't matches well with rest. Render is kinda' nice, but - like text - it don't matches with rest. It's too bright, also it could be placed better. And make new border. Overally signature has potential, but needs work.

Nice work dude. I like everything, except the text. You should use another font and another color IMO.
