How can I recreate this ?
1. Create your type layer (white)
2. Duplicate and change the colour to blue - rasterize (layer>rasterize>type) and move this layer below your white type layer.
3. Apply the stroke & drop shadow to the top white type layer
4. Filter>Blur>Motion blur (0 degrees) the blue type layer.

Wow fantastic thank you all
Is there some kind of font reference page around ?
or do you just have to be fimiliar with fonts to tell what that is ?
It would be great if there was a page someone could refer me to that had a bunch of font types printed out and their coresponding names.
Thanks again !

Gee, Blue, I figured the general directions were sufficient enough that it could be discerned that the change from brush to blurred type wouldn't be THAT much of a mind-bender, so I didn't have to "spoon feed" a step-by-step...Wendy seemed to figure it out quick enough, although she
is pretty sharp with her PS expertise.
Try learning to think outside of expecting forums to do every little step for you, and learn to be able to visualize observations in context to what has already been described for you. You'll find your PS techniques will improve much more.
