Is there a tutorial that look as good as these?

just look in the tutorial section, then have a go and mess on with the bg and effect etc. Also, try contacting the creators of the sigs and ask them how they did it, or for the .psd* or something.

*Note* IF, you get the .psd file, it would be for learning perposes only, no ripping. Ripping is Bad.
