I'd tone down the white brushing, maybe reducing the opacity of it as it stands out a bit too much.

I think you should also reduce the opacity of the Roma crest, or you could blend it in better.

I think the BG Is good, but you should perhaps start over with the render and brushing.

The font is quite good, but you should remove the contour effect you have added. Also you could change the font for 'Daniele' to a more established, simple font.

With a border I also think it would look better. To add one -
1. Choose the BG layer.
2. Ctrl+A (Select all)
3. Edit/Stroke, and then choose your own options (I recommend a white border, 3 pixels).
