I take it you're new to PS.....?

If so, a few tips for you.

1) Start simple, and build from there. If you start trying to really complicated stuff, you get frustrated and you won't get anywhere.
2) Check other people's sigs and WP's for some tips and ideas
3) Keep trying on a certain effect until you get it right. I like to think of it as building up an encyclopedia of knowledge.

On the sig....

Main render is squashed, but i like the dark contrast.

Font is very bad, and certainly requires improvement. Try a more subtle type and blend it into the BG. The RS DE ROMA is completely unnecessary also

I like the Totti on the the left, it looks good blended in like that.

Remove the black scales on the orange side, it looks terrible.

May I ask what the HELL that red circle is also in the black. Remove it please - I just don't know what you're trying to do.

If you send me the PSD, and also have an effort yourself i think you can improve.

I won't say KIU as it's absolutely pointless and dishonest 90% of the time.

Thank you for the advise,yes I'm new to photoshop and this is just the second sig I do(the day before the day I did that sig I didn't know how to do ANYTHING,so I guess that explains why the sig sucks).About the PSD,I can't give it to you because I accidentally overwrote it.Thanks agian for your advise.
BTW,if you want,you can see my next sig after that(Mexes sig) and see if there's any improvement from my side
