what you added is really odd...i think instead of completely shading over with red, you should have kept the fading black on the sides...and then possibly blend, smudge, texture, brushwork, etc...i dont like the logo being so big, it kinda competes with the main render, and the V1 text is really weird...V2 text is better, and overall V2 is prolly the better one. I like the left side on that, but the right side needs work...i think remove the logo and blacken it a bit?

i liked his end product but you should have just put better text on ... not too bold or bright and that matches with the bg
