How do I empty them? How do I fix this and prevent it from happening again?

its becuse u hard drive (c) is to full u need to delete something ,u need to have at least 2 G of free space in u computer

So if I were to install photoshop on my E drive (which has like 60G free space) it would work?

idk ,but then u just could copy all those things from C to E and then photoshop woult work to

Ok. I checked, and it's installed in my E drive, it has a lot of space available...idk, whatever thnx for trying, but it's time to format anyways.
