The idea of the wall is nice, but the text and the sign the text is on doesnt really match the background on the wall, and the render does seem low quality and so is the background. Try to add some more effects, maybe gradient tool? or some textures or something else that can get this wall to look more cool.

nothing flows together really...you have a very grungey bg and then a flower text and a bright render
