I REALLY LIKE IT!!!! Everything looks class imo. The text is nice and simple, great job dude. I love it.

I like the text and the render, simple is nice . But, I think you can use a much better texture in the bg, this one's oversharpened and underdetailed. Also have a smaller spotlight effect, as in darken the background which isn't immediately around him a lot more.

Also I'm not sure whether its a smart blur or a sharpness filter, but the face has lost a lot of detail.
